Dr. Lady Amanda Holder was born in Waco, Texas, in April 1996. She grew up in Thornton and attended school in Groesbeck, where she developed a strong passion for athletics. Throughout high school, Dr. Holder was a dedicated athlete, excelling in various sports and graduating in 2014.

Continuing her athletic pursuits, Dr. Holder played basketball while pursuing her undergraduate degree at Southwestern College in Kansas, where she earned a degree in 2017. After graduation, she returned to her roots in central Texas and worked as a veterinary technician at Mart Veterinary Clinic for one year, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Dr. Holder then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, completing her clinical year at Texas A&M University, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).

Following her veterinary education, Dr. Holder practiced at Daylily Animal Hospital for three years, honing her skills and deepening her commitment to animal care. On November 22, 2024, she purchased Mart Veterinary Clinic, marking a meaningful return to her hometown and the clinic where her veterinary career began.

In her free time, Dr. Holder enjoys spending quality moments with her husband, Donald, and their son, David. She remains deeply connected to the Mart community and looks forward to serving its pets and families with the same passion she brings to all aspects of her life.
