EMERGENCIES DURING BUSINESS HOURS
Please call us at (254) 876-2552 if you have an emergency, and we will do our best to help you through this frightening and stressful time. Emergencies can be a terrible experience for pets and pet owners, so we promise to communicate with you and make the process less stressful.
We also offer emergency surgery as well as critical care. Please attempt to call ahead in case of an emergency to alert us to the situation and allow us to prepare.
EMERGENCIES AFTER HOURS
We are affiliated with the Waco Animal Emergency Clinic for afterhours emergencies. It is located at 3901 Interstate 35 Frontage Road and their telephone number is (254) 752-6100.
Please call ahead so that the staff will be expecting your arrival. Their hours are Monday thru Friday 6:00 pm to 7:00 am and on week ends from 6:00 pm Friday until 7:00 a.m. on Monday. Also they are open on all major holidays during the day as well.
