Please forgive me for not writing you sooner to ‘Thank you’ so deeply for all your help in the care of ‘Duke’. Even after all of this time, we still miss him so much. He brought us so much happiness !!
We miss him in so many things we do around the house. I guess he had us trained well !! Each day I go by the clinic on the way to work and remember how you helped us. I remember what you said ‘ We did the right thing’. It didn’t make it easier even though you were right.
‘Duke’ told us that week it was time and we honored that. The appreciation is great for how you both handled it ‘outside’ and we didn’t have to take him inside or leave him.
He was our ‘puppy’ and always will be. Now he is resting, watching over us, and giving us memories to warm our heart !
